Fresh Pastries
Bakeri Baltzersen opened in March 2020 as the UK entered lockdown and began baking for home deliveries. Since then they have opened shops in Harrogate and Wetherby and supply over 100 wholesale partners throughout Yorkshire.
At Bakeri Baltzersen they bake a range of long fermented sourdough loaves, rye, ciabatta and more traditional yeasted white and granary style loaves/rolls. They also bake pastry and vienoisserie from scratch.
Fruit & Veg
Dales of Malton is a business that is created with three generations of experience in the fruit and veg industry.
As well as operating a fruit and veg shop in Malton where they have been for over 70 years. Dales supply wholesale produce from their warehouse at Malton Enterprise Park to restaurants and hotels all over the Ryedale area.
Meat
A family farm and butcher that farms in Nidderdale, with an informal co-op of farmers supplying us from across the Yorkshire Dales, Moors and Vales.
Their family has farmed in Yorkshire since the 1850’s. All of their farming is based on a Low and Slow process; Grass fed or free range, and using traditional and contemporary hanging and curing techniques, that help set them apart from your ordinary butcher!
